How do I get what I buy?
Instantly. Checkout hands you straight to your account, where the file or workspace is already waiting. Nothing ships and nothing arrives by email days later.
Is this a subscription?
No, and it cannot become one. Every good here is a one-time purchase at a fixed price. You are not enrolled in anything and there is nothing to cancel. The shelf refuses to list anything that renews, so this stays true as the shop grows.
What if something does not work?
Tell us and we fix it. Every good is checked before it goes up, but if a file is broken, corrupted, or missing something it claims to include, you get a working version or your money back.
Can I refund because I changed my mind?
No. The file is yours the second you buy it, and we cannot take it back, so we do not run a change-of-mind refund window. That is why every product page states what is inside and who the good is not for before you reach a payment screen.
Do I need any other tools?
No new subscriptions. A couple of the workspaces assume you already use an AI assistant or a docs app, and each product page says so plainly before you buy.
How often do new goods go up?
When they earn a place, not on a schedule. The shelf is deliberately short, so a quiet month means nothing passed the edit.
